Ideal for two couples or a group (minimum 3 sharing on weekends, sleeps up to 7 people)

This cottage is only accessible by 4×4 or on foot.

Suikerbos was our first cottage on the hill and guests keep coming back for its views, comfort and privacy. The large wooden deck with its wide mountain views is the ideal spot to have a meal and socialise or just relax and read a book.

There are double beds in both bedrooms and two single beds and a divan bed in the living room which can sleep (three) more people. Both the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers only.

Planning a weekend away with family or friends to catch up on your socialising, or having a reunion to reconnect? Suikerbos at Saamrus is just the place to braai or cook together and relax on the veranda or in front of the fireplace, well into the night.

Many happy memories have been made at Suikerbos, resulting in many happy returns!
