Piet-my-vrou Cottage

This cottage is only accessible by 4×4 or on foot.

This cozy and romantic open plan cottage was positioned with privacy and seclusion in mind. We built this one only halfway up the hill, in the bush and away from the other cottages. The patio is surrounded by trees and is the ideal spot to sit and read a book or do some bird watching.

The bedroom/living room has a king-size bed (or two single beds) and a divan bed facing the fireplace. There is a view of the mountains in the distance from the bathroom window and a romantic cement bath big enough for two. The shower is over the bath.

Piet-my-vrou is ideal for the couple who wants a cosy cottage with views, but don’t have a 4×4 to get uphill, as it is only a short uphill walk to the cottage.
